Millennium Security will attend to the location and ensure everything is in order, reset the alarm if required or contact the necessary services. Depending on your preference our response personnel can check just the exterior of your property, or do a full check of the interior and exterior to ensure everything is as it should be. Each alarm response unit is operated by a fully trained, experienced, and competent security professional. Our alarm response vehicles are equipped with the appropriate radio and safety equipment to ensure continuous communication and effective response to most emergencies. Acting as a key holder, all is completed without the owner / operator of the location needing to be present. The officer can also remain on site if required by the location’s owner / operator. After the situation is resolved, you'll receive a complete Incident Report detailing our efforts and the results of our on-site investigation.
